Employability
Our education model is designed to foster our students' employability.

The benefits of a work-study program
Work and study? At CSB, this is possible from year one. This allows our students to develop professional skills as early as possible, and start building their professional network. The latter is a key asset for a successful career in the cybersecurity field.
We prepare you for the business environment
Our school is designed to reproduce an environment similar to the one found in a company. Our training modules are prepared and delivered by working professionals, most of the team coming from cybersecurity backgrounds. Thus, the connection to the cybersecurity field is ensured, whether within the company, or within our school.

Job matching
We know how complex it can be to find a job as part of a work-study program. To avoid the stress associated with this research, and to ensure that our students perform a quality job away from the printer or the coffee machine, we take care of finding the company you work for. Our students complete their work-study program with one of our partner companies.
Onboarding
Before hitting the ground with their sponsor company, students are present full-time on our campus for the 3 weeks after they enter our program. This time is essential to start being familiar with the cybersecurity field and creating a bond between students. During these 3 weeks, one day is dedicated to the presentation of the campus and our speakers. The other topics and activities covered during this onboarding time are:
- Theoretical class
- Practical lessons
- Exchanges with cyber experts
- Preparing to start working with sponsor company
- Discovery of student life on campus
Why do students in the Master program sign a permanent work contract with their sponsor companies?
Beyond their student status, CSB learners are also current or future cybersecurity professionals. As such, it is natural that they work within their company under an employment contract. Students benefit from favorable work-study conditions and receive higher remuneration than a simple internship.
Do you need a good level of French?
The majority of our courses are held in English. It is also the language regularly used in the world of corporate cybersecurity. As the CSB is located in France, some notions of French would be a plus for day-to-day life.
Do the students work for the same company for the full duration of the training program?
During the Bachelor program, we encourage students to change companies, so they broaden their horizons and refine their professional project. However, it is possible, in agreement with the company, to remain on a work-study program in the same company throughout the educational course. Students in the Master program are usually expected to complete their two years of study in the same company. Exceptions can be granted after careful examination and in case of force majeure.
